1. High Load Drive Ball Screw High-Speed, Heat-Resistant HTF-SRM Type

Achieves a permissible d·n value of 200,000 and a transient maximum temperature of 100°C through the newly developed SRM ball recirculation and heat-resistant components. Contributes to further reduction in cycle time for injection molding machines.

2. Super-Long-Life High Load Drive Ball Screws

We developed a technology that up to doubles ball screw life (compared to conventional products) by optimizing the load balancing in each recirculation circuit. Longer life contributes to improved productivity and resource conservation in industrial machinery. The applicable product range has been expanded from 4 to 19 models.

3. Wireless Condition Monitoring System

Ideal even for customers considering implementing predictive maintenance strategies for the first time. With no need for wiring work as long as there is a wireless internet network, the system can perform condition monitoring from the cloud. Utilizing proprietary diagnostic indicators and AI, it enables the early detection of equipment abnormalities. Furthermore, diagnostic specialists can remotely analyze the data and propose solutions and maintenance measures.

4. Rapid Grease Degradation Diagnosis Technology

High-accuracy onsite method to rapidly diagnosis the remaining life of lubricant grease; simply sample a small amount of grease. By quantitatively evaluating the color change of the grease using a mobile app, the remaining lifespan of the grease can be diagnosed. The high-accuracy analysis of grease using the mobile app alone is a world-first.
