NSK Selected as a Sustainability Yearbook Member for the Fourth Consecutive Year by S&P Global

 NSK Ltd. (NSK; Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President and CEO: Akitoshi Ichii) has been selected for the fourth consecutive year as a Sustainability Yearbook Member in the Sustainability Yearbook 2025 published by S&P Global, a leading global research and credit rating company.

 At the Sustainability Yearbook Annual Forum 2025 held on April 8, NSK received a certificate recognizing its selection as a Yearbook Member, as well as a trophy honoring the company’s 25 consecutive years of participation in S&P Global’s Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA).

 Each year, S&P Global evaluates the sustainability of major global companies in three aspects: Governance and Economic, Environmental, and Social. Those that achieve outstanding scores in their respective industries are selected as Sustainability Yearbook Members. Over 7,690 leading companies across 62 industries were assessed, and 780 companies were included in the Sustainability Yearbook 2025. NSK was selected in the IEQ Machinery and Electrical Equipment category, marking its fourth consecutive year of recognition.

 

 With the goal of supporting the advancement of a sustainable society, NSK intends to remain needed, trusted, and relied upon for the next 100 years. The company’s Mid-Term Management Plan (MTP2026), which runs through fiscal 2026, is positioned as a period to rebuild NSK’s corporate foundation toward enabling sustainable growth. As part of this initiative, NSK positions ESG management as a key priority. Looking ahead, the company will further advance its ESG efforts, contribute to solving social issues through its business activities, and strive to grow as a trusted and indispensable member of society.
