NSK Receives “A-” Rating from CDP in Both Climate Change and Water Security Categories

NSK Ltd. has received an “A-” rating, the second highest leadership level rating, from CDP, an international non-profit organization focused on environmental issues, in both the Climate Change and Water Security categories, for the second consecutive year.

NSK aims to contribute to the sustainable development of society and to be a company that continues to be needed, trusted and relied upon by society not just for the next 100 years but for the next 1,000 years. NSK’s Mid-Term Management Plan 2026 (MTP2026), running through fiscal 2026, is themed around “rebuilding NSK’s corporate foundation for sustainable growth.” In line with this, NSK has made ESG management one of its most important management issues.

NSK’s environmental conservation efforts include not only leveraging tribology and manufacturing technologies to provide environmentally friendly products and working to save energy, conserve resources, and recycle at its plants, but also striving to reduce environmental impact across the entire supply chain — from material procurement and logistics to product use and disposal by customers.

NSK constantly works to increase its corporate value by pursuing these and other efforts to conserve the global environment.
