NSK ToughCarrier™ offers 10 times longer life 4 times the rigidity by using rollers versus balls.Toughcarrier provides the highest load capcity for its size compared to standard ball type Monocarrier. A three axes Toughcarrier demo will be featured at the NSK booth.
NSK will also demonstrate the use of X1 seal in Tumbler Demo with NSK Ball Screw. The X1 seal offers superb contamination resistance where fine contaminants are present along with improved grease retaining performance. In addition, X1 offers low torque and minimized heat generation, which maximizes performance.
Bimal Nathwani and Yuu Koiwa from NSK Engineering will be presenting during the Technical Conference on Spindle Bearing Health Monitoring. The session will discuss different methods of failure detection.
