Announcement of President Change at NSK Ltd.

NSK Ltd. announced at its regular Board of Directors' meeting held 23rd April 2015 that Mr. Norio Otsuka will resign as President and Chief Executive Officer of NSK Ltd. to become its new Chairman. A formal announcement will be made at Annual Shareholders' Meeting and the subsequent Board of Directors' meeting scheduled for 24th June 2015.
