NSK to Exhibit at 12th Auto Expo 2014 in India

Tokyo, Japan, January 30, 2014 - NSK Ltd. (NSK; Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President and CEO: Norio Otsuka) today announced that it would exhibit at the Components Show of the 12th Auto Expo 2014. The event will be held in New Delhi, India from February 6 to 9, 2014.

NSK plans to exhibit a wide range of high-quality steering products through Rane NSK Steering Systems Ltd., a manufacturing company jointly established by NSK and the Rane Group.

Main Exhibits

The NSK booth will showcase a wide range of steering products. The focus will be electric power steering (EPS) systems offering outstanding safety and comfort based on electronic control for excellent fuel economy. Adoption of EPS system is expanding in India and elsewhere around the world.

  • Electromechanically integrated column-type EPS offering less noise, greater power efficiency and more compact design, achieved through the integration of the motor and electronic control unit
  • Column-type EPS with increased straight-running stability
  • Steering columns with impact absorption, tilt, and telescopic features for passenger cars
  • Steering columns with tilt and telescopic features for commercial vehicles
  • Fixed steering columns with tilt feature for agricultural tractors
