(NSK; Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President and CEO: Norio Otsuka) announced today that NSK and its connected persons were accused of a violation of the Antimonopoly Act of Japan regarding sales of bearing products on June 14, 2012 by the Japan Fair Trade Commission.
