Tokyo, Japan, November 9, 2011 – NSK Ltd. (NSK; Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, Japan; President and CEO: Norio Otsuka) confirmed that on 8 November 2011 (local time), it was subject to an inspection by the European Commission at the facilities of its sales subsidiary in Germany with regard to sales of bearings in relation to EU competition law.
The NSK Group is fully cooperating with the European Commission's investigation.
