NSK Ltd. announced at its regular Board of Directors' meeting held on 12th May 2009 that Mr. Seiichi Asaka will resign as President and Chief Executive Officer of NSK Ltd. to become its new Chairman. A formal announcement will be made at Annual Shareholders' Meeting and the subsequent Board of Directors' meeting scheduled for 25th June 2009.
