Tokyo (Japan) Amatsuji Steel Ball Mfg. Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka, Japan, President Kenichi Yamanaka) (“AKS”), a subsidiary of NSK Ltd., was investigated on January 21, 2014 by Japan Fair Trade Commission (“JFTC”) in relation to the Japan Antimonopoly Act regarding sales of its products.
Locations investigated include the company's headquarters in Osaka and some other sales branches in Japan.
NSK and AKS will fully cooperate with the relevant JFTC investigations.
