Long-Life DH/DS Series Linear Guides

NSK has applied its proprietary TF “Tough” heat treatment technology to DH/DS series linear guides, achieving greater machine capacity with extremely high load ratings and substantially longer life operating under high loads and challenging environments.

Available in standard DH series and compact, low-profile DS series
DV models (DH model + highly dust-resistant end seals with a multi-lip structure are also available
High-speed, high-load design is standard
TF “Tough” heat treatment technology increases steel surface endurance under high load conditions
2 types of ball slides: square and flange type
3 lengths of ball slide: standard high load, long super-high load, and short medium load
Ball slides and rail made manufactured with special high carbon steel; stainless steel option available for corrosive environments
Accuracy grades range from normal to ultra-precision
With fine clearance, slight preload and medium preload options
Accessories and extras including: K1-L lubrication units, double seals, protector plates, surface treatments
