NSK is committed to meeting the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on Packaging and Packaging Waste (PPWR) and to ensuring that packaging placed on the European Union market together with NSK products complies with all applicable regulatory obligations. This commitment forms part of NSK's broader approach to environmental responsibility, product stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
To support compliance with the PPWR, NSK has established internal processes and controls covering packaging assessment, supplier engagement, technical documentation management, conformity evaluation, and ongoing compliance monitoring. Relevant packaging data and supporting documentation are being collected, reviewed, maintained, and updated in line with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025/40.

Instead, this webpage and the accompanying NSK Europe PPWR Compliance Statement should be regarded as confirmation of NSK's commitment to meeting the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025/40.
Where required by contractual obligations or specific customer requirements, NSK will review requests for packaging-specific Declarations of Conformity and determine the appropriate information to be provided.
Technical documentation and supporting compliance records are maintained and are available to Market Surveillance Authorities upon request.
