NSK and NTN announce merger plans
NSK Europe has welcomed plans for a proposed merger between our parent company NSK and fellow Japanese manufacturer NTN.
The basic agreement, which was announced on 12 May, outlines plans to establish a joint holding company with the long-term aim of accelerating innovation, improving operational efficiency and delivering greater value for customers worldwide.
