Analysis and Technologies Development

There are variety of geometrical and chemical analyzing devices from mm scale analysis to nm scale analysis including 3D in NSK-Warner, helping new friction material developments and product designs, also solving friction phenomena and mechanisms.

There are variety of experimental test equipment in NSK-Warner. Some of them are designed and made in-house and are specialized for our friction products.

Also there are many kinds of unique experimental equipment for fundamental studies such as visualization of oil flow on friction surface and of One-Way-Clutch engagement behavior with help of high speed cameras.

Evaluation method in NSK-Warner is being enhanced continuously as comparing and verifying the experimental test results with fundamental research such as visualizations, analysis, and computer simulations and calculations.
