NSK has evolved into a global enterprise over the past four decades through the trust and support of our customers, our technology and production capabilities, and our global network. Going forward, we realize the need to become even more globally minded in our management and business operation to improve the service we provide to worldwide customers. At the same time we must reinforce our preeminent position in the Japanese market.
To improve global customer satisfaction we are enhancing the technology service through our 12 technology centers around the world. Through this structure, we aim to reinforce sales in overseas markets by directly reflecting the needs of local customers.
