 In order to adapt our businesses to these environments, quickly return to profitability, and achieve our goal of attaining stable, double-digit operating profit ratios, we are committed to implementing the following restructuring actions:
First, we will implement a "Select and Focus" sorting process at each business unit, by region and product, to reestablish ourselves into a business organization with top performance in quality, cost and delivery.
 We will spin-off our business units into an assembly of streamlined, highly competitive companies, and reorganize our headquarters into a strategic organization with centripetal authority that binds our group together.
 As for businesses which we do not have the capability of maintaining a leading position by ourselves, we will press ahead with alliances on a global level.
 Also, we are endeavoring to change our corporate culture to emphasize speed and results.
 Now, I would like to explain our restructuring plan in detail.
