This is a strategy
map of how we aim to achieve our mid-term goals.
- We will continue to keep track of changes
in the business environment and use this information
to improve our profitability by changing our business
management process from “stock” management
to “flow” management.
- We will establish a strategically integrated global
network of production, sales, technology, and
management functions to enable the efficient implementation
of growth strategies and acceleration of the decision-making
process.
- We will strengthen group management and production
capabilities to improve profitability. We will
centralize the control of global management information
and clarify business responsibilities. We will
also focus on our production efficiency improvement
activities (i.e. APS: Advanced Production Systems
activities) to further reinforce NSK’s manufacturing
capabilities.
- We will reinforce our sales, marketing and R&D
capabilities to pave the way to future growth.
We will swiftly communicate information regarding
changes in global demand to our production and
R&D divisions, so that we can implement marketing
strategies that correspond to the market’s
needs. We are also developing high-function, next
generation products using our high level of technological
expertise and knowledge in mechatronics, and will
use them to boost overall sales.
