Operating income by region is as shown.
In Japan, sales of automotive bearings and components
will continue to be strong, and recently, we have
started seeing signs of recovery in demand for our
precision machinery from the semiconductor production
equipment and injection molding machine sectors. The
economy is gradually starting to turn up, and we are
planning to expand our sales. Please refer to the
next slide for our profit outlook for Japan.
