NSK to Exhibit at Hannover Messe 2009

Tokyo, Japan, April 17, 2009 - NSK Ltd. (NSK; Headquarter: Tokyo, Japan; President and CEO: Seiichi Asaka) is pleased to announce its participation in “Hannover Messe 2009”, one of the world’s largest industrial trade shows, to be held from April 20th in Hannover, Germany.

NSK’s booth will feature 4 industry-specific zones.  The booth is designed to demonstrate how NSK’s lineup of industrial bearings and linear motion products (ball screws, linear guides) are used across a range of industries and operating environments. Visitors will have the chance to view a variety of NSK products at work in real-life applications.

Main Applications Exhibited

• Zone 1: Wind turbine gearboxes
• Zone 2: Pumps and compressors, machine tools, industrial machinery
• Zone 3: beverage processing, cement machinery, papermaking machinery, machine tool  application.
• Zone 4: Home appliances, power tools.
• Other displays include hybrid vehicle transmission systems.
