Signing ceremony formalizing acquisition of NTN's ball screw production and testing equipment
Seiichi Asaka, President of NSK Ltd. ("NSK") and Yasunobu Suzuki, President of NTN Corporation ("NTN") will formally sign the agreement formalizing NSK's acquisition of NTN's general industrial ball screw manufacturing and testing facilities. The signing ceremony took place on May 26, 2003 at the NSK Ltd. Headquarters in Osaki.
