| At the 40th Tokyo Motor Show 2007, NSK Ltd. will present
five new products that will contribute to improving the fuel efficiency
of cars, as well as improving safety and comfort for the driver. These products
are the first of their kind in the world. |
| NSK Ltd. and ABC Bearings Limited
are pleased
to announce that they have reached a basic agreement to form
a Joint Venture Company (the JV Company) to manufacture bearings
for the automotive industry, targeting mainly Japanese and other transplant
customers. |
